About Us

Hi there! I'm Benji, owner and handyman at Beiler Construction Company Inc.

I've always enjoyed making things and working with my hands. As a boy, my brothers would tease me about the crazy things that I tried to make. After graduating from high school, I worked in various types of construction. I worked on a crew building barns, worked for my father-in-law who was a general contractor, worked for two different plumbing companies, and did my own property maintenance and repair.

Originally from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, our family moved to Los Angeles in 2015 (we love it here by the way). After moving here, I got a job with a plumbing company, but the hours were terrible and the company was dishonest. I then worked for a book distribution company for several years. 

​

After all that, I decided to take the plunge and start my own handyman business. As an unlicensed handyman, I specialize in small projects that homeowners either can't or don't want to do, and larger contractors don't want to mess with. I never envisioned myself as a business owner but I am enjoying it. I enjoy personally working with my customers to make sure that they are happy, and being able to have a flexible schedule to do little things like take my children to school in the mornings.
